Dear Mental Strength of mine, I’m proud of you for pushing through those lazy and tough training days. 🎉🎉💥💥😍😍 - I’ve always wanted to hit deadlift 100kg but my aim was to be able to do it for reps with control form. And 2 weeks ago, I finally hit 4 sets of 3 reps!!! This week I wanted to go for 4 sets of 4 reps but failed at 4th set. Form definitely could improve and control more. Still, I am super happy to finally hit this goal I set out a long time ago!! 😁 Next time I’ll have better control at 100! 💪🏼🙂 - Now looking back, seriously most of the time I was just fighting this continuous mental battle. Should I skip training or should I go? To give up or to push through? 🌝 - Im just happy after all the plateau and finding of form, I finally break 100 as I wanted!!! 💪🏼😍 I know it has taken me quite awhile and honestly I envy those who can easily deadlift 100kg. But it’s okay! 💪🏼😠☺️ 加油!加油!加油! 💕💕💥💥 -

One of those not so good training day. Haven’t done back for a long time to focus building my legs. During this period of time, I’ve been doing a lot more foam rolling, stretching and cardio. This week I’m back to having arms and back in my routine. 💪🏼😁 - Gonna keep working on them strength, balancing out muscle proportion, flexibility and recovery. Jia you! Jia you! Jia you! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 -

Loveeee a med ball circuit training! Which makes me very happy when had them! It challenges the core more which makes it harder which then helps to burn more 🤩 Here’s a set of what I did to tone the body overall! - 1. Jog in place (30s) ; as fast as you can 2. Godzilla burpees with press (x5) ; control movement for every exercise 3. Mountain climbers (30s) ; make sure shoulders are aligned to palms to engage core more and go as fast as you can 4. Med ball push ups (x5 each side) ; control movement and make sure to tuck in elbows and engage the core as you descend 5. Jack knives (x10) ; go slow, focus breathing out as you crunch and make sure lower back is always pressed on the ground to keep your abs always engaged 6. Rest 30s-60s and repeat 3 more times - Try it!!! 😘 -
