Winged black eyeliner always makes a statement πŸ–€ Video by πŸ˜ƒI always start with a pencil to create the shape, then using a pointed cotton bud and makeup remover I clean the edges. Finally I seal in the shape with a thin brush and an eyeliner gel. If you have hooded eyes you can still get the pulled out shape by adding that triangle at the outer corner where the crease meets the lid. Hope that makes sense! You can see it when the girls blink πŸ˜›πŸ˜™

Video by πŸ™πŸ» A lot of you asked about the product on the eyes at the show so here's a quick demo on how to get the lookπŸ’•I started with City Mini Palette in Rooftop Bronzes and used the lightest shade then tapped on a clean eyelid (only moisturizer). Then I topped this with a super sparkly pearl glitter. This particular one was from TKB called Silver Sparks. Using the fingertip to apply ensured it would be pressed into the skin to achieve maximum sheen and glimmer! πŸ˜β€οΈπŸ€—

erinparsonsmakeup: I gave an interview during #NYFW and was

I gave an interview during and was glad to find the article and read in its entirety. πŸ™πŸ»I've posted screen grabs here. Basically if you cannot do makeup on every skintone and every ethnicity you better keep practicing. There is nothing more frustrating than seeing artists on my team not be able to translate the look created onto every model. This not only includes matching skintones but also the eyeshadow, blush and lipstick colors. I can often see what an artist's specialty is, i.e.; perfecting brows, precision lip application or blending shadow seamlessly. Everyone has their attributes. But if you can't do it on all skintones either keep practicing or find another profession. Thankyou to for the write up!
