To all the women out there who believe that weight training isn’t good for women then I want to tell you now that you are wrong. . These 2 amazing clients have been putting the graft into each session with big results showing! . I did our monthly measurement test the other day and found that inch’s are coming off in areas and growing in others 😃 as you can see they look amazing! And that’s their hard work paying off. . Yes do NOT neglect cardio people :) but limit it down to 2 days a week. .. but try Incorporate it into your routines in different ways 💪 . This session involved a circuit training session starting from 12 reps each exercise with no rest in between then 30 seconds rest. Dropping down to 11 each then 10 9 etc. . This was intense! Day 7 of this yummy, healthy, goodness FitTea I bought this as a big skeptic, but it is the 1st thing I crave every morning, even before my morning coffee!! I was at a long time stall in my weight loss, but in the last 6 days I have lost 5lbs. I now have 45 more to lose to be at my ideal weight of 127!!
