Seguro que alguna vez has visto a alguien que está entrenando y no ves ningún gesto de esfuerzo en su cara, que se pasa medio entrenamiento mirando el móvil, que se pasa 30 minutos en la misma máquina... 😅 . No hace falta entrenar al fallo para conseguir resultados, simplemente hay que tener un poco de autoexigencia y saber que si puedes realizar 40 repeticiones sin inmutarte con un determinado peso, es señal de que debes coger más kilos... 😉 . ¿Qué pensáis vosotros? . es ness . 📸

-You're doing it all wrong- . . Question: how much time do you spend fixating on the number of followers you have? The number of likes you get? The number of comments on your post? . . This may be hard to hear, especially coming from the Instagram Guru herself...but you're focusing on the wrong thing. . . FOLLOWERS DO NOT EQUAL CASH IN THE BANK. . . Yes, I said it. You need to stop focusing on that number next to your profile picture and start focusing on the connection you have with your audience. Why? Because people buy from you when they feel that you know EXACTLY what their problem is... NOT when they see that you have a 100K followers. . . How do you get these amazing clients and customers? By zeroing in on exactly who they are and tuning out everybody else. THESE are your people. They are the ones that will generate income for your business...not the random followers you've attracted to your page because you look hot in your recent pic. . . Since I've niched down and figured out who my ideal audience is (and made sure I was speaking to them and showing up for them), my income has increased dramatically while my following has been growing at a much slower rate than before! AND I LOVE IT! . . Moral of the story - focus on creating content that speaks\attracts your ideal customer\client\audience\follower and show them that your product is what exactly what they need. Is social media ruining your progress?? Instagram is like dick sand, you can get caught up in it. If you’re doing things for the likes/followers then you need to re evaluate your goals. It’s like people buying likes/followers. Where will that get you?? It’s being fake, and clearly visible to see lmao. For example, if you need to decide between a good training session, or getting content for the gram, ultimately the sensible decision would be to train correctly. However, having a fitness insta can get content demanding. People expect to see you working out, which is ok to provide if it doesn’t disrupt your training. It’s all down to how much you want it. Are you training for fame or function??? Just a little thought😌

Retour sur la progression de Pauline pendant le 2e block de préparation pour les championnats régionaux (5 weeks out) 3 RM Deadlift -> 147.5 kg 3 RM Bench -> 70 kg Performances réalisées sur un pic de fatigue. Ses précédents 3rm fin mars étaient à 135 au terre et 52.5 au bench. Et il y a encore de la marge de progression.

So happy that I’m able to squat with good form!💯 How I went from horrible to great form: 👇🏼👇🏼 • First step is leaving your ego at the door! 🚪Form over weight! After you’ve found your weight move to step 2: your ROM (range of motion).🏋🏼‍♂️ • It’s ideal to hit a 45 degree angle with your knees!📐 If you’re able to, you could go deeper. But I don’t think that’s necessary. If you swipe👉🏼 you’ll see a great way to feel if you’ve reached a 45 degree’s angle!🙏🏼💯 Me and found it quite helpfull!🙌🏼 • Always keep in mind to keep your back and form tight!😤 This is where the practice comes in! Don’t up the weight untill you’re able to perform some clean reps! 😈 • Warm up propperly, stretch and work on your mobility!🤸🏼‍♂️ Eventually you’ll be able to do some clean ass squats!📈 Last but not least, stay open for critics! the ULTIMATE full legs workout🙌🏻🙌🏻 • ...to leave you waddling. Usually I like to split up my leg days into glutes, hamstrings and quads but for a change I did a full leg day🙌🏻 the reason? confusing your muscles by trying new things WORKS🤷🏻‍♀️ • 🏋🏻‍♀️ single leg hip thrust- glute and hamstring targeted 🏋🏻‍♀️ heavy back squat- all around target (mostly quads) 🏋🏻‍♀️ smith machine leg press- all around targeted 🏋🏻‍♀️ single leg RDL’s- mostly hamstrings and glutes 🏋🏻‍♀️ constant tension squats- glutes and quads (and a little hamstring) • these exercises target all over and that really helps to ensure you are hitting the muscles you want to hit for that all around leg development✅ • like and save, to either give this leg day a try OR add some of these exercises into your routine‼️ • music: electricity- dua lipa & silk city (colin jay & keepin it heale remix)

Building them legs 🍗🍗🍗 This was my 2nd set of 120kg and it was going up nice and easy, reckon i should of bashed out another 2 or 3 but I felt light headed 😅😂 By far the best MASS builder for legs, if you’re not squatting in your leg workouts I think your seriously missing out and slowing yourself down!! 😅👊🏼 If you haven’t squatted before: 1) Make sure that form is correct by experimenting with minimal weight. Otherwise you can cause yourself serious Injury 2) Get yourself a spotter, they are vital if you are doing this kind of exercise for the first time. It’s not to be rushed ☝️ 3) Be confident.
