Мы брали в гесте только завтрак, потому что проблем покушать на Тодду нет. . . 🍉🍌🍍Фрукты можно купить во всех магазинах , а можно на пляже, но мужичок, который продаёт их там, кстати дороже, чем в магазине, не любит торговаться и цены зависят от его настроения😂 . . 🥤Сначала мы пили фреши в ресторанчике за 3 доллара с копейками и думали цена норм👌🏻 . . 🥤Но потом нашли местную кафешку, которая и стала нашим фаворитом 💯 нет никакого антуража, все просто, пластиковые столы и стулья и кушают здесь только местные. Свежевыжатые соки по 15 руфий! - это 1 доллар👌🏻😋 . . 🥭Пью теперь по 4-5 в день! Самые вкусные для меня - это манго, маракуйя и лимон😋 . . 🥥Кокосы маленькие по 1 доллару, большие - по 2. Кайф, витаминизируйся сколько влезет) . . Цена на папайю от 1 доллара за маленькую, до 3 - за большую. Никогда не знала, что папайя такая вкусная👍🏻

Back in a bikini with salty hair and a beach hat. 🌴🥥💦 I love this place and it always feels like I belong in places like this, with white sand, a lot of palm trees and turquoise water. ❤️ We actually talked about if we would want to move here. Even though I love it here, I always feel so relaxed and I enjoy life to the fullest I don’t think I could live in a place like this full time. The way we look it depends on different things. 1)Genetics. You can't have the same shoulders your friend has or the same glutes. All of the people are unique. You can't change your body so enjoy your training hobby that's the most important. 2)Your diet. Your diet is much important as your workout. Muscles need protein to grow. If you don't eat right then your body starts to destroy your own muscles for the protein. 3)How do you train. Your workout session has to be 50-60 min. At the end of it you have to feel a little bit tired in your muscles . Be careful If you are not sure what to do ask for help or take a fitness trainer. 4)For how long do you train. You have to train at least three times a week to achieve your goals and stay fit and healthy. Plat familial vite préparé sans recette de bouquin. Préchauffer le four 180 degrés. Dans une poêle faire blondir un oignon avec une cc huile olive. A part mélanger une boîte de coulis de tomate, herbe de Provence, sel. Dans un plat allant au four, y déposer les oignons, du brocoli frais, du poivron découpé en lamelle (les miens étaient surgelés sur ce coup là), le coulis de tomate assaisonné. Déposer le pavé de Lieu Noir et verser sur le poisson un filet d’huile d’olive, sel et poivre du moulin. Enfourner 20 min.
