В результате оранжевый оттенок могут приобрести кожа ступней, ладоней, а также эмаль зубов. . Иначе это называется гипервитаминозом. היי זאת נלי 🤗 היום נדבר קצת על ריצה 🏃‍♀️ ריצה מבחינתי היא זמן לעצמי, זמן לחשיבה זמן להרהורים והחלטות. אתחיל בזה שאני אישית מאוד אוהבת לרוץ בחוץ ולא בחדר הכושר, האווירה בחוץ נותנת לי מוטיבציה, הסביבה ,האויר והחריגה מההרגל היום יומי שלנו עוזרים לי לצלוח ריצה כל פעם מחדש. ריצה מבחינתי בנויה מהתחלה , שכמו כל התחלה צריך להניע לאט לאט ומשם להגביר. יצאתם לרוץ? יפה! אתם בטוח נתקלים במחשבות כמו כמה זמן עבר מהריצה? כמה ק״מ כבר עברתי? אולי אני אעצור? אולי להוריד קצב? פה נכנס הפן המנטלי, שכמו השרירים שלנו גם אותו אנו מאמנים להצלחה! פה אני משתדלת לעזור לעצמי בכך שאני לא מסתכלת בשעון בהערכת הזמן שלי, לא בודקת את המרחק כל 2 דקות ופשוט נותנת לריצה לזרום ומציבה לעצמי יעדים קטנטנים (עד הרמזור...עד הבית-ספר...) ופשוט נהנת ממנה. אז אם אתם מתקשים נסו לאמן גם את הסיבולת לב ריאה- מרוויחים פה פעמיים מאמנים את השרירים וגם את הנפש! ⭐️ • • • ing island _ii220119

I won’t be competing in the season this year. I have taken a very long break from training since the games. After a lot of thought I decided it’d be best to take this year off & get ready for next year. It wasn’t an easy decision to make but I know it’s the best one. - Why? I love coaching & competing. This fall / winter I traveled a LOT coaching weightlifting seminars & also coaching with Invictus Weightlifting. It got to a point in November where I thought maybe I’d be done competing because of how much fun I was having focusing more on coaching. - However, this past month also made me realize how much I miss training & competing. All that travel also means a lot of time away from family. I just need a better balance moving forward. I’ll be doing less seminars / less traveling this year but still coaching like crazy with Invictus Weightlifting online. This way I can be at home more to focus on spending time with the family & training & still doing what I love for a career- coaching weightlifting.

Straight back into it this morning with some dawn breathing and a stretch, followed by a cruisy ride up to Noosa for a classic 3km feel-good set with dad (3X[4X150 + 4X100]) and some sweet-spot efforts on the roll home 👌🏼 .
